I was just wondering when reality would start to hit and what that would look like for you two. I've read ahead in "What to Expect..." (I've been reading along with the pregnancy) and found myself getting a bit nervous at the 9th month. I imagined how you guys might be feeling, although Katy is far more laid back than me and far less likely to have a nervous breakdown :0). I know the Lord will provide exactly what you need at each step of the journey. What a walk of faith this will be!

Maybe child-having is like Churchill's idea of writing a book:

Writing a book is an adventure. To begin with, it is a toy and an amusement; then it becomes a mistress, and then it becomes a master, and then a tyrant. The last phase is that just as you are about to be reconciled to your servitude, you kill the monster, and fling him out to the public.

Ok, it's like his idea, killing notwithstanding.
